I’d be an Air Vampire. Out of the four elements, that’s the one I connect with the most. Plus when you think about it, to have control of the element of Air would require a great deal of responsibility and precision, as you could very easily do a lot of damage by cutting off people’s ability to breath.
I would be an Air Vampire because out of all the elements, it’s the one I connect with the most. Plus it’s the one element that is the hardest to recover from when you think about it. People can recover from burns, being buried for short periods of time, and even from drowning. But completely take away someone’s ability to breath…it’s a very powerful element to have control over.

I would be an air vampire……..for I am a Gemini, mutable air. Thank you for a spectacular series, Elizabeth. I have downloaded the final book, but can’t bring my self to read it yet…………..because it is the end of this marvelous series. But today is the day. Thank you again and I look forward to reading your next work.
Wind. It fascinates me every time I read about a character manipulating the wind in novels.
Thanks so much for the giveaway, Elizabeth!
Water. It has the ability to soothe and the power to be respected. There is nothing more meditative than a body moving as one through the water.
Definitely water….the power of water always amazes me….it can be so peaceful and tranquil, or it can be a raging torrent. Water can erode earth, douse fire, and travel through air….it is a very powerful element. Plus, I’m a bit afraid of water, and what better way to conquer a fear than to use it!
I think I would either be a fire or an earth vampire! Thanks so much for the giveaway, I would go for book 4~!
Congratulations on the release of your final book in the series, and thank you for the giveaway! I have *just* discovered this series (when I was looking at a book blog and saw that the writer had two of the books on her to-read list), and I would love, love, LOVE to have a complete set in e-book form! (And, yes, apparently I have been living under a rock.) I love mysteries and am newly fond of the paranormal, so to have both in one series is fabulous. Actually I’m also thrilled to see that the final book is out, because I’m one of those who likes to have an entire series in hand, where feasible, before starting it, since I so often like to read the whole thing back to back.
Not having read any of the books yet, I don’t know a ton about the elemental vampires (though I did check out your series website)… but when has that ever stopped me from answering a question?!
I would say I’d like to be a WATER vampire, because water has the power to both make me feel at peace and scare the bejesus out of me! I love going to the beach, and watching the ocean and listening to the waves come in really does make me feel at peace and relaxed in a way that I rarely am in the rest of my life. At the same time, I am deathly afraid of the *power* of water and will not swim in the ocean, a river, a lake, or – until very recently – swimming pools! So I am in awe of something that can make me feel such diametrically opposed, intense emotions.
Thank you, and best of luck on the blog tour and with sales of the book!
